A page is a separate destination, such as Home, Services or Contact. A section sits within a page. We agree your page list and any booking or shop integrations before work starts.
Which package fits my business?
One Page suits a straightforward service and one clear enquiry route. Full Site gives different services, project photos and your story their own space. Growth adds the listed search and reporting work. Ecommerce is for selling products; catalogue size, payment-provider fees and any paid integrations are confirmed in your quote.
Revisions and ongoing updates
The quote sets out the design review and revision scope before you commit. Monthly care covers the small text and photo changes described in your plan. Extra pages, redesigns and major structural changes are quoted separately.
Your domain and the handover
Already have a domain? We can help connect it. Domain registration, account access and any renewal charges are confirmed before launch. Once paid in full, the website content and design created for you are yours to use; reusable code and templates remain Melstone’s property, as set out in our terms.
What if I need help or want to leave?
Email [email protected] for support or to request a change. You can cancel hosting with 30 days’ written notice. The site goes offline at the end of the notice period; request an export of your site files before then. Build fees are non-refundable after work starts, except where required by law. Read the full terms.

Is the mockup actually free?+
Yes. Melstone builds a real preview using your business's actual name, services, and details before you pay anything or commit to anything. If you don't like it, you walk away with no cost.
How long does the whole process take?+
Most sites go from first mockup to a live preview link in 48 hours, depending on how quickly you send over photos and content. Larger sites with more pages can take a little longer. We also reply to every enquiry within 24 hours.
What's included in the monthly hosting fee?+
Hosting, security updates, and small content changes (like updating opening hours or swapping a photo) are covered in the monthly fee. Bigger changes, like adding a new page, are quoted separately. Full breakdown on our pricing section.
Do I need to sign a long contract?+
No. The build itself is a one-time cost, and ongoing hosting runs month to month. You can cancel hosting with 30 days' notice — see our Terms of Service for the full details.
I already have a domain name / old website — can you use it?+
Yes. Send over your existing domain or hosting details and Melstone will handle pointing it at the new site, or migrating everything across, as part of the build.
What do you need from me to get started?+
Just your business name, what you do, and roughly what you'd want on the site. Photos, reviews, and finer details can follow once you've seen the mockup and decided to go ahead. Get in touch to start.
